TD Realty Partners LLC, Founded by Tim Skelly and Dennis Reardon, is the premier custom modular home builder on Cape Cod and the Islands. Collectively with Scott Jones, Westchester Modular Homes of Greater Boston, the team has constructed and completed over 150 modular homes since 1985.

TD Realty Partners can successfully guide, implement and complete all modular home projects from the small cottage on the beach to the expansive family compound.

In collaboration with Cape & Islands Realty Advisors we can assist in the acquisition of vacant land and or an existing home to be razed.
